Seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Consultant, the full-time onsite position will focus on analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and configuring modules in PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll modules Configure and support enterprise PeopleSoft environments in collaboration with technical teams Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support for implemented solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Payroll experience Strong functional experience with Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, and North American Payroll Proficient in payroll processing, taxation, validation, and reconciliation Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design
