SHR Talent is partnering with a growing organization in Nashville, TN to hire an Entry Level IT Support Specialist . This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to build hands-on experience in a collaborative and unique technology environment.

The Entry Level IT Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support while gaining exposure to computer hardware and software, A/V equipment, interactive technology, and other business systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with people, and learning through hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and related technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers and peripheral devices.
• Assist with technology inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support various operational technology, including tablets, printers, scanners, displays, and other devices.
• Install and update computer software as needed.
• Set up and monitor A/V equipment for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with third-party technology support when necessary.
• Assist with hardware repairs and replacements.
• Support technology-related projects and special events.
• Perform additional IT support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related IT or technical support experience preferred.
• Recent graduates with hands-on technical experience through coursework, labs, internships, or educational programs are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting a variety of users.
