The Senior Finance & Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting Fidelity Bank's financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. This position is responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing budgets and forecasts, preparing management and regulatory reporting, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The role also supports asset/liability management activities, financial modeling, and business case analysis while driving process improvements through the use of AI and automation tools. Working collaboratively across the organization, the Senior Finance & Planning Analyst helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial information while contributing to the Bank's overall financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational goals.
