\n \nRole Description
\n \nWe are hiring a Senior Account Manager based in the United States for a full-time, remote role focused on marketing agency clients. You must have direct experience leading RFP responses for marketing agencies pursuing US public-sector contracts.
\n \nYou will own client relationships and lead proposals from the bid decision through submission. This role calls for someone who can independently assess an opportunity, challenge a weak approach, and take responsibility for the quality and completeness of the response. You will work during US business hours, with regular coordination with our team in Israel.
\n \nWhat You Will Do
\n \n• Lead public-sector RFP responses for marketing, advertising, creative, PR, digital, and media agency clients.
\n• Evaluate opportunities against each agency’s capabilities, relevant experience, resources, and likelihood of winning.
\n• Turn solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria into a clear response plan, deadlines, and client requests.
\n• Work with agency leaders and subject-matter experts to gather case studies, campaign results, references, team qualifications, scopes, and pricing inputs.
\n• Review and strengthen AI-generated drafts, making the proposed approach specific, credible, and supported by evidence.
\n• Own compliance checks and submission readiness, including required forms, attachments, addenda, and deadlines.
\n• Present bid recommendations and proposal status clearly, resolve gaps, and keep several pursuits moving at once.
\n• Help improve our bid selection, proposal review, and client management processes.
\nRequired Experience and Skills
\n \n• Demonstrated experience independently running US public-sector RFP responses for marketing agencies, either within an agency or as a consultant supporting agencies.
\n• Practical understanding of government procurement requirements, evaluation criteria, and proposal submission processes.
\n• Ability to translate an agency’s marketing capabilities and campaign results into a persuasive, compliant proposal.
\n• Senior-level judgment and confidence working directly with agency founders, executives, and delivery teams.
\n• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editing and analytical skills.
\n• Hands-on use of AI tools, with the judgment to verify facts and improve their output.
\n• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple accounts and deadlines.
\nEspecially Relevant
\n \nExperience with state and local government, education, or other public-sector marketing procurements. Be prepared to discuss specific agency RFPs you led, your responsibilities, and the outcomes, without disclosing confidential client material.
