Mental Health Assistant *** We currently seek part time Mental Health Assistants for entry level and supervisory positions! The Mental Health Assistants are responsible for a variety of duties relating to and primarily concerned with implementing the students treatment and educational programs. MHAs provide services/interventions that support skill development and mastery for students/clients within JRCs school and residential components. They also maintain a safe environment for students/clients to thrive academically, while providing consistent treatment that leads to reduction of problem behaviors.*** ** This position affords a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience with and knowledge of the current methods for treating the problems of autistic-like adolescents/adults and young adults with behavioral disorders. It is an hourly non-exempt position. Hours of work are assigned on a weekly basis and can be comprised of any day or shift necessary to assure adequate staffing, including weekends, nights, and holidays.* This Mental Health Assistant position leads to many advancement opportunities within JRC. 250 Turnpike Street in Canton, MA All candidates for this position must be at least 21-years-old, graduated with a high school diploma/GED and have had two previous employments. Current staff members working overtime are earning $10,000 monthly Annual Salary may reach over $100,000 with extra shifts * $20-$26 per hour for full time MHAs $3000 First year sign-on bonus! *Extra pay for verifiable experience in Human Services or Military Experience* **Weekend and assignment differentials** **Flexible Schedules (day, evening, overnight, weekend, combination, or mother hours) **Tuition Reimbursement Program: Includes JRC funding undergraduate (tuition reimbursement) and graduate education.
