Now Hiring: Band Saw Operators / Entry-Level Manufacturing Workers
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bandsaw Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate industrial bandsaw equipment to cut materials according to specifications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output. This is a full-time position offering competitive starting pay and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate bandsaw machinery to cut metal and other materials
· Measure and mark materials to ensure precise cuts
· Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
· Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Preferred Skills:
· Experience operating industrial bandsaws or similar cutting equipment
· Proficiency with measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers)
· Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
· Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability for equipment issues
· Familiarity with preventative maintenance and blade changes
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
